Am I still covered for Critical Illness after I have made a claim? |

Once you have made a successful claim and you have received your tax-free payout, then the policy terminates. The only time that a critical illness policy can continue after a claim has been made is if the claim was relating to one of your children. If you would like to have extra insurance to safeguard against illness and accident then we recommend you get Life insurance, either combined with your critical illness or as a separate policy. It is cheaper if you buy the two policies together. You should also consider an Income Protection policy. This provides you with short-term protection, so if you are unable to work due to accident, sickness, or unemployment then you will receive monthly payments for up to 12 months.
