What happens if I return to health after making a claim on my Critical Illness policy?

It makes no difference to the insurance company what happens to you after you have made a sucessful claim. They have paid out, the policy is finished and they have no interest in your subsequent condition.

If you recover afterwards then you are free to enjoy the payout and spend it how you like.

Being able to recover in comfort may give you the support you need to regain your health more quickly either return to work or start employment again, possibly in a different role. If so, that's brilliant!
